Yoga is Here Now
– Yoga Sutra 1.1 by Patanjali

Yoga is described in many ways, forms and movements. We often think yoga is the physical practice that makes you more relaxed and flexible. While that is true if we practice often, the deeper layers of yoga bring you to a whole different level.

Patanjali wrote about it in the Yoga Sutras, the oldest (known) scripture of the philosophy of yoga. That very first Sutra can be translated in many different ways but it all comes down to one thing; yoga is here, it is everywhere. Yoga isn’t something have to look for outside of ourselves. Yoga isn’t something we can only reach after years and years of diligent practice. The beautiful thing is that yoga is already here! Inside of you.

The only thing we need to do is to reconnect ourselves with that inner source, the Self with a capital S. This requires a total commitment to yoga, not just the physical practice. You don’t need to devote all your time to sit in meditation and find that inner peace. It’s about devoting your intention to yoga. Somebody in a 9 to 5 job might be living yoga more than a yogi who spends all their time perfecting their pose for their Instagram followers.

Yoga really is for everybody and Every Body! It all comes down to your intentions.

Are you ready to take your yoga practice to a new level?

Are you ready to discover deeper layers of the unconscious?

Are you ready to explore the chakras, realign them and feels empowered?

Or are you new to yoga and what to discover to benefits for you?

If you answered yes to one (or all) of the questions then I have a beautiful offer for you! I am invested to help you with that. I offer private yoga sessions where I completely tailor make the sequence for you. Read more details about it here.

My own journey hasn’t always been an easy one either. Even though I’ve done yoga and meditation for many years, life took its turn and I had to go back to basics.
